The movie 20th Century Girl focuses on Na Bo-ra (Kim Yoo-jung), a 17-year-old high school student with a bright and warm personality. She is proficient at taekwondo and is a member of the broadcasting club at the high school. Woon-Ho, is also a member of the same broadcasting club. Bo-Ra is best friends with Yeon-Doo, who has a major crush on a fellow student Baek Hyun-jin, whom she knows only by name.
