However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
When will I receive my tracking number?
After the payment is received, the order is sent to production. Once the order is shipped, the tracking will be forwarded to your email automatically.
