    The story is authentic, with a thematic about two sister countries, North and South Korea. The Korean series “Crash Landing on You” has a high emotional intensity, perfectly combining romance, drama, and comedy.

    This K-drama centers on an heiress of a chaebol family named Yoon Se-ri. Disliked by her older siblings and stepmother, who feel threatened by her existence, Yoon Se-ri left the family and founded her fashion and beauty company: Se-ri’s Choice.

    Released recently from prison, Se-ri’s father can no longer run the Queen’s Group. And, since none of his sons showed competence in business, he wants his daughter Se-ri to become the new CEO. Before taking the job to run the family’s business, Se-ri wants to take care of one last engagement to promote her sportswear line. During the promotion event, a storm occurs, and Se-ri accidentally lands on the North Korean side after a paragliding accident. She is found by a handsome captain, Ri Jeong-Hyeok, who decides to help her return home safely.

    Even though, they belong to such different worlds, Se-ri and Ri Jeong-Hyeok fall in love. This love might be dangerous for both. Meanwhile, Se-ri’s middle brother and sister-in-law, Sae-Hyung and Sang-ah, conspire to take over Queen’s Group and Se-ri’s company. After Sae-Hyung realizes that his sister is still alive, he tries to stop her from returning home.

    Son Ye-jin plays Yoon Se-ri, the chaebol heiress to Queen’s Group, who is also an illegitimate child whose mother died after her north. She has a target on her back by being involved in the succession battle. The resentment of her half-brothers will touch sensitive cords. At one point, her brother attempted to force her into an arranged marriage that would have ended up with her living in the United Kingdom. Yoon Se-ri dated celebrities but never had someone special in her life. Se-ri is a successful woman with her own company Seri’s Choice.

    Hyun Bin portrays Ri Jeong-Hyeok, a well-respected Captain of Company Five in the Korean People’s Army. Ri Jeong-hyeok studied to become a pianist in Switzerland, but because his older brother died mysteriously, he got forced into the army. Even though his father is the Director of the General Political Bureau, Ri Jeong-Hyeok keeps his identity a mistery, so he can quietly investigate his brother’s death. Ri Jeong-Hyeok falls in love with Se-ri after her crash-landing into his patrol territory. He ends up protecting Se-ri and helping her return safely to South Korea. Ri Jeong-hyeok realizes that they met before in Switzerland while he traveled with Seo Dan.

    Seo Dan portrayed by Seo Ji-Hye, is Jeong-Hyeok’s fiance, who returns home after ten years of Musical conservatory studies in Russia. Seo Dan found proof that her future husband is protecting a wealthy South Korean lady. Seo Dan reported Se-ri’s presence to Captain Ri’s father. She loves the captain Jeong-Hyeok since middle school. Jeong-Hyeok doesn’t love her but accepts the marriage because of his parents. In the end, Seo Dan falls in love with Gu Seung-jun.

    Park Hyung-soo portrays Se-ri’s second brother, Sae-hyung, whose greed allowed Seung-jun to embezzle funds from his family company Queen’s Group. Seung-jun is the man who Se-ri was supposed to marry.

    Kim Jung-Hyun plays Gu Seung-jun, a poor but intelligent and charming conman with British citizenship. Seung-jun’s father was scammed by Se-ri’s father, bringing his family’s bankruptcy. He tried to marry Se-ri, but she felt his bad intention from their first meeting and refused him.

    Yoon Ji-min plays Go Sang-ah, Sae-Hyung’s intelligent and ambitious wife.

    Bang Eun-jin gives life to Se-ri’s stepmother, Han Jeong-Yeon, who sees Se-ri as a product of her husband’s infidelity.
