The Turkish crime drama series Aktris (2023) revolves around Yasemin Derin, a fearless and ambitious young woman who set her sights on becoming a successful actress. However, beneath her public image lies a dark and troubled soul. While projecting a careful image in front of the camera, Yasemin hides her true self – a moody and foul-mouthed individual – when the spotlight fades away.
Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Ahmet portrayed by Tolga Tekin, her neighbor and former soldier who has suffered many losses in his life. Their paths become entwined when Ahmet witnesses Yasemin committing a murder and decides to help her.
They form an inseparable bond, with Ahmet becoming Yasemin’s loyal driver. As their relationship deepens, they embark on a series of dark actions, killing criminals who deserve punishment. Soon, Yasemin gains notoriety, and her actions as the “Avcı” (Hunter) become the talk of social media.

As tensions escalate, Yasemin seeks revenge against Mazhar for the pain he caused her in the past. With Ahmet’s help, she exacts her vengeance, and in the process, she accidentally kills Fatih.
