Famous actress Beren Saat presented the “Icon of the Year Award to her husband, Kenan Doğulu, who celebrated the 30th anniversary of his music career. Beren Saat drew attention by giving an emotional speech before handing over the award to her husband. Saat said:

“I am thinking something like this. I guess being an icon has something to do with Kenan’s soul. You already know everything about the compositions he created in music. The iconic sound he created, his voice, and many ideas led to what came after him, but today I feel this;   I made today’s manifesto in my childhood by carrying that sun necklace from the music magazines we bought as a child on my chest. Thank you for the endless possibilities that brought us together. I’m very happy to give this award to the icon of the year who gets hotter with age.”
