‘Hülyacığım, find a no-name, an unknown actor.’ Since I was working as a casting director and executive producer in Germany, due to my profession. I was handling the casting for Tatar Ramazan, and Hande was a friend of a friend.
She had never acted before, but I met her and instantly liked her. We managed to cast her for three episodes as a guest actor in Tatar Ramazan. I had requested the director for her to be in the main cast, but it didn’t happen; she played as a guest actor for three episodes. She wanted to pursue acting, so I directed her to my manager at the time, and we stayed in touch…”
