The new Netflix Turkish movie In Good Hands / Sen Yaşamaya Bak (2022), tells the story of a single and brave mother, Melisa (Aslı Enver) and a grumphy businessman, Firat . She shares a strong bond with her child, Can. Their friendship is deeper than the usual stereotypical mother and son relationship. Melisa finds out that she suffers from a terminal illness and has only five months to live. Melisa is not concerned about her future, as she lived her life to the fullest. However, Melisa is more worried about what will happen to her child after she passes away. Who will take care of him? Will she die in peace knowing her son is safe?
Melisa will go to search for someone who will care and show love to her son after her death. While being in a restaurant with Can, she meets Firat, a young charismatic but grumpy businessman, and decides to ask for his help.
