Saplantı (2023) – A New Turkish TV series produced by OGM Pictures follows the Riveting Tale of Love and Revenge of Babür and Sabah
OGM Pictures made significant changes to the new Turkish TV series “Saplantı,” directed by Türkan Derya and written by Aybike Ertürk, following the departure of Barış Arduç which, was replaced by Onur Seyit Yaran, who will play Babür.
The ages of the leading characters, Sabah and Babür, have been rejuvenated, and alterations have been made to the storyline. Directed by Türkan Derya and written by Aybike Ertürk, the casting process for the new Turkish TV series “Saplantı” is ongoing.
In the new Dizi series, Onur Seyit Yaran will play the role of “Babür” (character name subject to change), Nilsu Berfin Aktaş will play “Sabah,” Meltem Akçöl will play “Simin,” and Nazlı Çetin will play “Çisil.”
In the series, the grandmothers of Sabah and Çisil will be portrayed by the master actress of Yeşilçam, Hülya Darcan. Erkan, portrayed by Baran Bölükbaşı, will play the role of Simin’s brother and Babür’s brother-in-law.
