Yürek Çıkmazı – WHAT’S THE STORY? (Synopsis)
The Turkish dizi drama series Yürek Çıkmazı (2022) tells the story of Yilmaz (Mesut Akusta), a man driven into a black hole, a dark abyss of madness, violence, personality disorder, and regret, due to his drinking addiction. The repercussions of his love for alcohol are felt by his wife, Cennet (Ayça Bingöl), who tries to hold on to dear life for her three children whom she raised alone – Feride, Halil, and Birsen. The life of Cennet’s children will change forever after a tragedy occurs in their family.

The story starts with the death of Cennet and a letter received by Zeynep, the lawyer who works across the street from Cennet’s apartment. We know that her husband killed Cennet, and knowing her fate in advance, she left a mysterious letter behind. With that letter in her hands Zeynep holds the keys to Cennet’s death.
In his grief period, the middle brother of the family, Halil, grows closer to Zeynep, the lawyer who helped his mother while she was still alive. The relationship between Halil and Zeynep will be the most talked love affair of the series.
