NETFLIX DIZI – Sıcak Kafa (Hot Head) is a 2022 Turkish dystopian adventure series adapted from Afşin Kum’s novel, starring Osman Sonant, Hazal Subaşı, and Şevket Çoruh. Produced by Tims & B Production as an original Netflix series, the dizi Sıcak Kafa (2022) consists in 8 episodes that premiered on December 2. Sıcak Kafa’s action takes place in a dystopian world shaken by an epidemic of madness that spreads through communications called ”abuklama.” Murat Siyavuş (Osman Sonant), a former linguist, is the only person who has miraculously recovered and become immune to the disease. There is no government left. A ruthless organization called the Anti-Epidemic Institution (SMK) took over the society after the disease spread, installing martial law on the streets of Istanbul. Haunted and forced by the Anti-Epidemic Institution, Murat Siyavuş leaves the safe zone to chase the secret of his “hot head,” which is the legacy of the disease, in the mysterious corridors of Istanbul’s unprotected areas. On this adventure, Murat will find help in Şule (Hazal Subaşı), a well-known member of the Plus 1 organization, who fights against the injustice and oppression of SMK. Netflix’s new dizi series Sıcak Kafa / Hot Head (2022) takes place in a dystopian world shaken by a virus called ”abuklama” which caused an epidemy of insanity, affecting thinking, that spreads from mind to mind through verbal communication. People infected with the ”abuklama” virus start speaking meaningless. There is no government left. Society collapsed in fear, chaos, and economic crises. The ruthless Anti-Epidemic Institution (SMK) seized world power after the disease spread, a structure known for brutality, injustice, and oppression of the population, and installed martial law on Istanbul streets.
In this dystopian society where you are not allowed to speak with each other and not to leave the house without headphones, there is Murat Siyavuş (Osman Sonant), a former linguist who is the only person who has recovered and becomes immune to the disease. Murat Siyavuş also known as Sıcak Kafa, might be the key to finding a solution to the abuklama disease which drove the world to the border of madness.
