The new NETFLIX Turkish series Zeytin Ağacı / Another Self (2022) follows the story of the three friends, Ada (Tuba Büyüküstün), Sevgi (Boncuk Yılmaz) and Leyla (Seda Bakan) have known each other since university. Their friendship will give them strength in the most difficult moments of life.

Ada is a successful surgeon, and Sevgi is an ambitious lawyer. On the other hand, Leyla has made no effort to build a career, unlike the two of them. She lives a quiet life with her husband and son.

Their friendship will go to a completely different level when the character named Sevgi is diagnosed with cancer. Sevgi goes after a completely different hope instead of going to the hospital to treat her illness as Ada wanted. Sevgi ask Leyla to take her to find a mysterious man named Zaman (Fırat Tanış).

They realize that Sevgi will not change her decision, so they set off together. The girls don’t know that this journey will completely change their lives. The search initiated by Sevgi will cause unexpected events not only in her… but also in the lives of Ada and Leyla.
